Steel casters have proven themselves as one of the most durable and reliable running gears on the market today. The Bonnell Steel Caster Assemblies feature a greasless, kinpinless swivel assembly which can withstand load of up to 20,000lbs. They also feature a heavy-duty telescoping height adjustment consisting of an outer housing constructed of 3-1/2" square structural tubing. These running gears will withstand years of the severe conditions encountered when plowing snow.

These Bonnell Even Wear Shoe Assemblies feature a ball and socket type design which allows the shoe to pivot and rotate about the center of the ball. Because of these allowed motions, the shoe will follow the changing contour of the road, and wear much more evenly than conventional shoes, thus prolonging the life of the shoe.

Bonnell High Country Torsion Trip Snow Plows are designed for removing snow at high-speeds in rural areas and interstate highways. The standard extended roll moldboard is designed to move the snow to the discharge end of the plow more efficiently. This prevents the snow from blowing over the top of the plow.

This shoe assembly features a heavy-duty cast ductile shoe which gets its name from its inverted mushroom-type shape. Available in both standard (BON-001328) or heavy-duty (BON-001329) versions.

The Level Raise Lift System™ allows snowplow cutting edges to remain parallel to the road surface at all times regardless of the angle of the moldboard. The Level Raise Lift System™ is available on all new Bonnell High Country, Metropolitan and Utility snow plows. This lowcost feature reduces damage to the moldboard or cutting edge of the plow due to a low corner striking the ground. Rubber tire assemblies feature either 5.70 x 8.0 Pneumatice Tires (BON-002600) or Foam Filled Tires (BON-002600-FF) on a heavy-duty cast hub. These tires are offered on a swivel arrangement, allowing the tire to trail in the direction of travel. These assemblies do not caster 360°.

The Bonnell Low Country Straight Moldboard Snow Plow is specifically designed to efficiently remove snow in and around obstructions often found in urban areas. All models feature a moldboard adjustable in pitch to four different angle settings.

Proper moldboard position is assured through the use of two rugged compression springs which retain their integrity longer than ordinary extension springs. This plow is light in weight with strength where you need it. With our wide range of available options, you can tailor the Low Country plow to fit your exact needs.

The Bonnell Metropolitan Straight Moldboard Snowplow in either steel or polyethylene is specifically designed to efficiently remove snow in and around obstructions often found in urban areas.

All models feature a moldboard adjustable in pitch to three different angle settings. Proper moldboard position is assured through the use of two rugged compression springs which retain their integrity longer than ordinary extension springs. This plow is light in weight yet rugged in design, with strength where you need it.

Designed for trucks with a minimum 6,500 lb. front axle weight rating on applicable trucks, the Bonnell Utility Plow is built with the same attention to detail and quality as our larger plows. These plows are light enough for commercial and industrial use, yet strong enough for the most demanding municipal plowing.

Available in steel or polyethylene with either a full-trip moldboard or trip edge, all Bonnell Straight and Tapered Utility Plows include a swivel bar with push ears, AR400 skid shoes and 5/16" hi-test chain lift.

Bonnell High Country Distant Discharge Snow Plows are designed for high-speed plowing applications. The inverted funnel-shaped ends, combined with our standard extended roll moldboard, picks up the snow and throws it far and away from the road. This plow produces the same results when plowing to the left or to the right.
