Celebrating Our People and Our Future at Bonnell Industries
On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, we gathered inside our new 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Dixon, Illinois, to celebrate two meaningful milestones: Employee Appreciation Day and the ribbon cutting for our new building.
It was a proud day for Bonnell Industries, but more than anything, it was a day to honor our team.
A celebration centered on our employees
Employee Appreciation Day gave us the opportunity to pause and recognize the people who make Bonnell what it is.
Every day, our employees bring skill, craftsmanship, teamwork, and dedication to their work. From the shop floor to support roles across the company, our team takes pride in building equipment that serves customers, dealers, and communities across the country.
This new chapter did not happen by chance. It was made possible by the people who show up, solve problems, support one another, and take care in the details. The ribbon cutting celebrated a building, but the heart of the day belonged to the employees who helped make that building part of our future.
